Operations Director & Assistance Coach

Raja Zulfadli serves as the Operations Director, overseeing the strategic execution and day-to-day operations of the organisation. With a strong foundation in discipline, leadership, and performance, he ensures that systems, programmes, and standards are consistently delivered at a high level.

A proven competitor on the international stage, Raja brings credibility and experience from elite-level Ju Jitsu competition. He is a Gold Medallist at the 2026 Singapore Ju Jitsu National Championship (Fighting System, Masters Under 85kg), demonstrating his dominance at the national level.

Internationally, he has represented with distinction at the 2025 JJIF Ju Jitsu World Championships in Bangkok, Thailand, where he secured two Bronze Medals in the Contact and Contact HIF divisions (Adult Under 85kg). These achievements reflect his technical proficiency, resilience, and competitive mindset.

Combining operational leadership with high-performance athletic experience, Raja plays a key role in driving excellence, structure, and growth within the organisation.
