Kasbani Kasmon

Kasbani Kasmon oversees the development and execution of the Twister Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu programme, ensuring that students progress through a structured, safe, and effective training pathway under the guidance of Technical Director, Professor Kenneth Tan.

A Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Blue Belt, Kasbani brings a diverse martial arts background spanning Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Taekwondo, Silat, and Jiu-Jitsu, providing students with a well-rounded understanding of movement, self-defence, and combat sports. His coaching philosophy focuses on strong fundamentals, technical precision, discipline, and long-term athlete development.

Beyond martial arts, Kasbani possesses extensive experience in leadership, education, and business management. He is a former Co-Owner and Chief Operating Officer of an Anytime Fitness franchise, where he managed daily operations, business development, staff leadership, and member engagement. He is also an experienced Physical Education educator and programme leader, supported by a Specialist Diploma in Sport Science & Wellness, enabling him to apply evidence-based training principles to youth and adult development.

Academically, Kasbani holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Design, combining strategic thinking, programme development, and effective communication skills that contribute to the growth of the academy and its students.

As an active competitor, Kasbani has represented Singapore on both national and international stages. He is the 2026 Singapore National Ju-Jitsu Champion (Masters Division, Under 77kg Fighting System) and represented Singapore at the 2025 JJIF World Championships in Bangkok, earning a Silver Medal. His competitive achievements reflect his commitment to continuous learning, performance, and excellence.

Known for his approachable personality, attention to detail, and structured coaching methodology, Kasbani is dedicated to helping students build confidence, resilience, technical proficiency, and a lifelong appreciation for martial arts.
